- Collaborate on semantic layer design data quality and pipelines
- Define govern experimentation frameworks and impact evaluation
- Drive Looker adoption and self service analytics
- Establish value stream aligned operating model
- Lead mentor develop data analyst team
- Manage analyst capacity allocation and prioritization
- Own analytical methodology and standards
