Data Center Storage Engineer (Red Hat OpenShift)
Tasks
- Assist with standard operating procedures documentation
- Coach mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Conduct pre sales support and proof of concept
- Contribute to complex solution design
- Coordinate junior engineers activities
- Escalate unresolved problems to third parties
- Manage fault management and troubleshooting
- Perform installation integration deployment and configuration
- Provide technical support for data center storage solutions
- Support client workshops and solution discussions
- Write reports proposals and maintain project documentation
