- Participate in small to mid-scale projects
- Provide 24x7 on-call support
- Recover rack power issues
- Remediate physical layer outages
- Replace server and network parts
- Resolve trouble tickets
- Rotate parts and spares
- Share break fix best practices with staff
- Support uptime metrics and reporting
- Triage and resolve device tickets
- Troubleshoot Linux server issues
- Troubleshoot XEN virtualization
