- Coordinate SIT UAT cutover and hypercare sign off
- Drive governance across business system integrators and vendors
- Ensure data readiness through validation and reconciliation
- Facilitate workshops to define enterprise KPIs and reporting requirements
- Lead end-to-end data and analytics delivery
- Manage stakeholders and risks dependencies and decisions
