Tasks
- Automate deployments testing and configuration management
- Build and maintain data platforms on Azure
- Capture data from multiple sources for analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders on data requirements
- Create CI CD pipelines for data engineering
- Design data models for analytics and reporting
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines
- Document data architectures and pipeline designs
- Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation
- Implement Azure security governance and compliance
- Implement Delta Lake features
- Manage structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
- Monitor data freshness completeness and accuracy
- Orchestrate data ingestion from databases APIs and SaaS
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging
- Transform data using Pyspark and Spark SQL
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data integrity issues
