Data Engineer (Senior) - ETL (Python+Snowflake) - Remote, Latin América
Tasks
- Apply dimensional modeling star schema facts dimensions
- Build reusable ingestion frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Collaborate with data architects on logical and physical data models
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines
- Develop data ingestion transformation loading jobs
- Diagnose pipeline performance issues and support incident resolution
- Extract ingest data from REST APIs relational databases SaaS flat files cloud storage
- Implement Snowflake databases schemas tables views streams tasks stages stored procedures
- Implement data quality controls validation monitoring
- Integrate Snowflake with Azure services
- Maintain documentation for pipelines flows transformations data models
- Monitor and optimize ETL ELT processes and SQL queries
- Optimize Snowflake virtual warehouses
- Support data governance and security access controls masking
