Tasks
- Collaborate with analytics clinical and operational stakeholders to deliver actionable data solutions
- Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures ETL logic and database objects in SSMS
- Ensure data quality performance and reliability across Bronze Silver Gold layers
- Lead ETL and ELT pipeline design development and maintenance
- Manage data ingestion from on prem clinical and operational systems into Epic Cogito and SQL Server
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Oversee Cogito environment monitoring maintenance and support through Epic upgrade cycles
- Serve as steward for Epic Cogito Caboodle Turbocharger and Content Manager
- Support HIPAA Meaningful Use and TJC compliance needs
- Translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications and data models
