Data Engineer (Snowflake & DBT)
Tasks
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Fivetran or Airbyte
- Collaborate with analytics and business intelligence teams
- Create technical documentation data lineage and metadata
- Design and optimize dimensional data models
- Design scalable cloud data pipelines using Snowflake and ELT tools
- Develop dbt data transformation models
- Implement CI CD for dbt projects and data pipelines
- Implement data quality checks validation and monitoring
- Implement incremental loading strategies and Change Data Capture
- Integrate data from ERP CRM eCommerce finance and SaaS applications
- Optimize Snowflake performance through clustering partitioning and query tuning
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks
