Tasks
- Automate database operations and change management
- Create and maintain domain inventory and documentation structure
- Define data guidelines and naming conventions
- Design build and operate SQL solutions for performance and reliability
- Drive end to end data lineage documentation
- Enforce data design patterns and review implementations
- Handle change intake and request response workflows
- Harden security with least privilege auditing and encryption
- Implement database change automation and monitoring integration
- Investigate and resolve data incidents and recurring issues
- Lead data migrations and data transformations
- Maintain data foundation and business rule mapping
- Maintain data integrity and data quality
- Maintain data standards package and review checklists
- Maintain documented lineage artefacts and maintenance process
- Maintain operational runbooks and automation assets
- Manage backup restore and resilience strategies
- Operate data governance for schema and service API contracts
- Perform conceptual and physical data modeling
- Reverse engineer implementations for lineage and quality issues
- Review traceability and versioning for DDL and data contracts
- Tune indexing and query performance
