Tasks
- Assist with metadata documentation updates
- Collect missing metadata from users
- Coordinate metadata workshops with departments
- Draft announcements for DataGalaxy usage
- Gather new use cases from departments
- Maintain data owners and stewards lists
- Monitor DataGalaxy usage and collect feedback
- Participate in DataGalaxy training
- Perform metadata quality checks
- Prepare monthly user engagement reports
- Prepare newsletters and internal communications
- Provide basic user support for data topics
- Redirect complex questions to senior team members
- Support data governance and master data management learning
- Track recurring user questions
- Update and reorganize documentation repository
- Validate business terms and glossaries
