Tasks
- Coordinate delivery through backlog and release readiness checks
- Define acceptance criteria and evaluation frameworks
- Define end to end requirements for agentic data product development
- Design agentic orchestration architecture and evaluation infrastructure
- Design user feedback loops and refinement processes
- Develop roadmap from proof of concept to firmwide platform
- Embed governance risk controls and compliance requirements
- Identify reusable components and integration points
- Lead stakeholder discovery and workflow documentation
- Produce executive ready updates and adoption metrics
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and tasks
- Validate agent behaviors and integrated workflows
