- Architect event driven streaming solutions with Kafka
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and risk teams
- Define infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Define target state architectures and technical standards
- Design cloud native data platform architectures on AWS
- Design for regulated industry security data privacy and auditability
- Develop data pipelines with Python and SQL
- Drive continuous improvement in platform usability and self service
- Ensure vendor solutions meet security controls and regulatory requirements
- Establish architecture patterns for scalability resilience observability security cost optimization
- Govern architecture principles across teams
- Lead end to end system design from source to consumption
- Own data platform architecture
- Own data platform product vision roadmap success metrics
- Provide technical direction and governance for external vendors
- Review vendor designs and implementation plans
- Support audits reviews and regulatory assessments
