Data Platform Engineer
Tasks
- Build and deploy infrastructure as code
- Build and operate data pipelines and transformations
- Collaborate on AI assisted engineering workflows
- Create bash automation for operational tasks
- Design and operate RBAC and least privilege access
- Implement CI/CD workflows
- Monitor data platform infrastructure and pipelines
- Participate in on-call incident response
- Support data platform migration from legacy stack
- Troubleshoot data pipelines and reporting workflows
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures using logs and metrics
- Validate cutover and decommission workloads
- Write Python automation for platform tooling
- Write runbooks and platform documentation
