Data Platforms and AI Access Control Lead

Tasks
- Automate access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
- Build RBAC and ABAC access control matrices
- Conduct root cause analysis for access violations
- Coordinate investigations with legal privacy risk and audit teams
- Define data and AI access rights
- Design authorization frameworks for Azure data estates
- Detect and mitigate data leakage and unauthorized access risks
- Enforce least privilege access
- Ensure secure access encryption masking and retention controls
- Implement compliance reporting logging and audit trails
- Integrate IAM tools with data platforms
- Lead ISO 27001 SOC 2 GDPR PCI DSS HIPAA and DPDP aligned compliance initiatives
- Maintain access governance policies standards and control frameworks
- Manage access governance stakeholder training and awareness
- Monitor access controls risk metrics and KPIs
- Perform access compliance audits and evidence management
- Support GenAI operations troubleshooting and optimization
