Data Quality Assurance Analyst
Tasks
- Analyze business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Build reusable validation scripts and test suites
- Collaborate with developers data engineers and business analysts to resolve defects
- Create detailed test plans for data validation
- Define test scope and test strategy
- Design end to end test cases for databases ETL and reporting
- Execute test cases and perform regression testing
- Identify validation opportunities for automation
- Report defects with reproduction steps and expected vs actual
- Support UAT with release notes and testing assistance
- Write SQL queries to reconcile source vs target data
