Tasks
- Build and deploy automated quality checks and launch gates
- Build dashboards and operating cadences for quality tracking
- Define implement and maintain quality measurement systems
- Design and run launch readiness processes
- Embed in study quality controls and authenticity checks
- Investigate quality and integrity issues and drive corrective actions
- Lead calibration sessions and coach QA leads and reviewers
- Own end to end quality design for managed service studies
- Translate quality fixes into repeatable scalable playbooks
