Data Reliability Engineer
Tasks
- Create runbooks and operational documentation
- Define data SLAs and ensure adherence
- Design monitoring alerting and observability
- Develop automation tooling to reduce toil
- Investigate distributed data system issues
- Lead incident response and triage
- Own reliability of production data pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Support disaster recovery and resiliency planning
