Data Science Lead
Tasks
- Collaborate with ML engineers and backend engineers to productionize AI components
- Design and optimize LLM powered RAG retrieval and validation pipelines
- Design evolve and oversee AI and machine learning architecture for automated compliance validation workflows
- Develop explainability traceability and validation mechanisms for compliance
- Drive technical decisions for embeddings vector databases and retrieval strategies
- Ensure AI workflows are reproducible testable maintainable and reliable
- Establish evaluation frameworks and benchmarking processes
- Improve system reliability model performance scalability and operational effectiveness
- Lead architectural technical discussions across product engineering data science and compliance teams
- Scale AI capabilities into an enterprise grade platform
