- Collaborate with data engineering for production ready solutions
- Define success metrics and interpret results
- Design develop and evaluate predictive models
- Develop deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Frame business problems into analytical problem statements
- Guide feature engineering and model validation
- Manage and mentor data scientists
- Own data science initiatives end to end
- Partner with business and analytics stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and feedback
- Review and contribute to production code
- Support deployment and post launch evaluation
