- Build enterprise search solutions using Apache Solr
- Build hybrid search combining keyword and vector search
- Build indexers and indexing pipelines for vector and text fields
- Collaborate with product engineering and data teams to define search requirements
- Conduct relevancy analysis using quantitative metrics and manual evaluation
- Develop semantic search using vector embeddings and neural models
- Implement and tune approximate nearest neighbor algorithms for similarity search
- Monitor search performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Optimize similarity functions for search use cases
- Perform relevancy engineering with query analysis field weighting and boosting
