Tasks
- Analyze differential expression
- Analyze single cell TCR sequencing data
- Apply statistical machine learning and AI methods
- Build reproducible scalable data architectures using cloud or HPC
- Characterize T cell clonality and diversity
- Conduct downstream single cell transcriptomic analysis
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders
- Design and implement custom analytical tools and models
- Develop analytical models for clinical NGS and single cell data
- Identify cell states and biomarkers
- Infer cell trajectories
- Integrate RNA seq and TCR features with clinical outcomes
- Integrate single cell RNA seq with bulk RNA seq genomics and clinical metadata
- Lead single cell RNA seq analysis
- Maintain code repositories documentation and best practices
- Perform data processing and quality control
- Stay current with single cell technologies and methods
- Support experimental design for single cell RNA seq
- Track longitudinal clonal dynamics
