- Build storage capacity management dashboards
- Configure Rubrik policies and troubleshoot backup failures
- Configure and administer Rubrik backup software
- Configure and manage volume snapshots
- Configure zoning and monitor switch utilization
- Coordinate NFS exports with server administrators
- Coordinate change management for maintenance and updates
- Create and secure SMB file shares
- Develop automated solutions using Dell and NetApp APIs
- Develop disaster recovery and continuity of operations plans
- Execute system changes during maintenance windows
- Generate backup status reports
- Install configure administer enterprise storage systems
- Install configure maintain administer Linux servers
- Install configure maintain administer Windows servers
- Mentor junior team members
- Monitor and evaluate performance and capacity trends
- Monitor infrastructure health and availability
- Provision SAN resources to VMware ESX datastores
- Resolve service requests at tier 2 and tier 3
- Schedule and monitor backup policies
- Schedule and monitor volume replication
- Support cloud storage solutions for cloud applications
- Troubleshoot hardware and software failures with vendors
- Work independently with minimal supervision
