Tasks
- Apply AI and data engineering to EHR EMR practice management pharmacy claims and clinical notes
- Build RAG systems
- Build healthcare data platforms using lakehouse architecture
- Define engineering and code quality standards
- Deploy agentic frameworks for healthcare data
- Design and deliver data and AI solutions
- Develop T-SQL ETL processes
- Develop performance tuning for Spark and SQL Server
- Drive 0 to 1 initiatives to production
- Ensure observability and data quality
- Establish technical direction for cross functional projects
- Implement NLP NLU and LLM based extraction
- Implement SDLC with Git and CI CD and testing
- Mentor mid-level engineers
- Own projects end to end from problem framing to production
