Database Reliability Engineer
Tasks
- Conduct security audits and ensure database security compliance
- Design build and maintain highly available database architectures
- Develop automation tools and internal platforms
- Implement and maintain backup recovery replication and security strategies
- Improve performance reliability and scalability through tuning and capacity planning
- Monitor database health and define alerting strategies using SLI SLO
- Own production database operations for schema changes deployments and incident resolution
- Support query optimization schema design and troubleshooting
