Datadog for Startups - Forward Deployed Engineering Lead
Tasks
- Build forward deployed engineering offerings and deployment packages
- Capture feature gaps and write prioritized briefs
- Coach team on engagement scoping and stakeholder communication
- Develop pricing and business model plays
- Evolve and scale forward deployed engineering operating model
- Hire onboard and develop forward deployed engineers
- Identify mini product opportunities and drive reusable assets
- Maintain prioritized build backlog using deployment learnings and intelligence
- Manage technical secondments and assessments
- Partner with product and engineering on field feedback roadmap
- Partner with sales solutions engineering customer success and business development for account selection and reviews
- Represent function in QBRs and executive business reviews
