- Automate database provisioning configuration and operations
- Collaborate with infrastructure security FinOps and R and D teams
- Define database reliability roadmap
- Design and optimize data models schemas and access patterns
- Drive AI and ML anomaly detection and capacity forecasting
- Ensure database reliability availability scalability and cost efficiency
- Establish database design operations observability and incident management best practices
- Lead and mentor DBRE team
- Own production database clusters
