Design for Service Engineer II (Surgical Robotics)
Tasks
- Capture and communicate voice of the customer feedback
- Create and improve service documentation
- Develop tools and processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and maintain lab and system assets
- Partner with service depot teams for repair process development
- Perform hands on troubleshooting and failure analysis
- Set up maintain and validate test fixtures and service tools
- Support internal and field service escalations
- Translate new product designs into field ready service strategies
