Detection and Response Engineer
Tasks
- Automate security analysis with LLMs
- Build playbooks and automation to reduce investigation time
- Design detections for attacks and anomalous behavior
- Develop detections using logs telemetry behavioral signals and event data
- Develop security tooling for detection investigation and response workflows
- Drive post incident improvements to prevent future incidents
- Improve detections using telemetry and threat intelligence
- Improve security telemetry collection quality and usability
- Instrument services with telemetry for effective detection and response
- Investigate security incidents across cloud and production systems
- Partner with engineering teams to make systems observable and secure by default
