- Define and track service level objectives and service level agreements
- Design scalable resilient infrastructure
- Enable AI experimentation infrastructure
- Ensure platform availability and performance
- Lead incident response triage and post mortems
- Maintain environment consistency across dev staging and production
- Manage infrastructure as code changes
- Own SaaS deployment on Google Cloud Platform
- Set up monitoring dashboards alerts and logging pipelines
