- Coordinate launch onboarding and address customer needs
- Deliver white glove customer launch experience
- Execute launch plans with sales and hospital stakeholders
- Maintain launch documentation and case support reporting
- Manage instrumentation and sterile field
- Perform knowledge transfer to clinical sales specialists
- Provide insights to training product and sales
- Provide intraoperative clinical support during robot launches
- Support internal training and sales enablement
- Support perioperative system setup and docking
- Support surgeon and OR team competency readiness
- Train surgeons and OR staff on robotic system use
- Troubleshoot robotic system during initial cases
