• Coordinate launch onboarding and address customer needs
• Deliver white glove customer launch experience
• Execute launch plans with sales and hospital stakeholders
• Maintain launch documentation and case support reporting
• Manage instrumentation and sterile field
• Perform knowledge transfer to clinical sales specialists
• Provide insights to training product and sales
• Provide intraoperative clinical support during robot launches
• Support internal training and sales enablement
• Support perioperative system setup and docking
• Support surgeon and OR team competency readiness
• Train surgeons and OR staff on robotic system use
• Troubleshoot robotic system during initial cases
