Digital Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Communicate substitutions and order changes
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners
- Direct and support cashiers to improve guest flow and checkout efficiency
- Ensure speed accuracy and brand standards
- Lead daily execution of digital fulfillment orders
- Maintain order completion timing
- Support in store merchandising and product availability
- Track order metrics and guest feedback
- Verify stage and package orders for accuracy quality and presentation
