Digital Operations Analyst
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering QA product and external partners
- Configure ingestion pipelines and support first run execution
- Create and maintain automation scripts
- Document onboarding steps and transition to BAU
- Investigate and fix minor production issues
- Maintain dashboards alerts and operational runbooks
- Manage incidents in ServiceNow or Jira
- Monitor AWS Airflow workflows
- Perform diagnostics and impact assessment
- Resolve production run failures
- Support partner onboarding for data feeds
- Update configs manage permissions and troubleshoot
- Validate data feeds schemas formats and data quality
