Digital Product Owner – People Analytics
Tasks
- Administer Visier and Qualtrics platforms including configuration access releases and lifecycle
- Align security access and compliance for both platforms
- Ensure integrations for Visier with HRIS VMS cloud data platforms and workforce planning
- Manage product backlog and delivery lifecycle using Agile
- Monitor adoption data quality and performance and drive continuous improvement
- Own product vision and roadmap for People Analytics and Listening
- Translate business needs into product requirements
