• Advocate for site specific needs
• Capture prioritize and resolve site technology issues
• Coach and mentor site DT resources
• Collaborate with end user support cybersecurity and infrastructure teams
• Coordinate training awareness and support activities
• Drive deployment and adoption of digital solutions
• Ensure compliance with DT policies cybersecurity standards regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Execute digital strategy and roadmap
• Lead DT project execution managing scope schedule resources and outcomes
• Lead change and communication plan for digital adoption
• Manage site IT budget and ensure cost discipline
• Manage site risk resilience and continuity plans
• Standardize processes tools and methodologies across sites
