Director, AI & Automation – Shared Services
Tasks
- Baseline current state metrics and build business cases
- Build and deliver AI and automation solutions
- Build knowledge retrieval and exception handling workflows
- Coordinate IT change control and release monitoring
- Coordinate UAT and rollout with process owners
- Create automation with retries idempotency monitoring and alerts
- Design reusable templates and libraries
- Drive enablement documentation and best practices for adoption
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GDPR policies
- Implement definition of done release gates and evaluation
- Implement document intake summarization classification and routing
- Integrate systems using APIs and webhooks
- Monitor and improve reliability SLOs and delivery throughput
- Own use case intake prioritization and shared backlog
- Partner with IT solutions on security and platform guardrails
- Prototype and ship LLM workflows
- Recruit mentor and lead automation engineering capacity
- Report quarterly benefits and adoption metrics
- Run backlog reviews with IT solutions
- Update SOPs training materials and controls documentation
- Write production Python code
