Tasks
- Architect and guide model training and fine tuning pipelines
- Build LLM powered copilots and agentic workflows
- Build batch and real time inference systems
- Collaborate cross functionally across engineering data product sales and customer success
- Design and deploy agent based multi step reasoning tool use and workflow orchestration
- Design and deploy generative AI solutions for CRM and customer workflows
- Develop and deploy predictive models
- Drive pipeline growth deal velocity and account expansion
- Establish CI CD experimentation and model evaluation best practices
- Establish engineering quality execution and delivery practices
- Implement observability for AI systems
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Integrate vector databases
- Lead and grow ML engineers ML scientists and AI architects
- Lead end to end generative AI and machine learning delivery
- Manage agent lifecycle
- Manage prompts tool integration and policy enforcement for agents
- Own data sourcing model development evaluation deployment and monitoring lifecycle
- Partner with sales to embed AI into deal strategy and customer engagements
- Translate AI capabilities into conversion productivity and retention outcomes
- Translate business problems into scalable technical architectures
