Tasks
- Communicate business value ROI and risks to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Define practice standards technical bars and delivery frameworks for agentic AI ML
- Deliver projects on time and within scope under fixed price and outcome based models
- Develop reusable accelerators modular agentic codebases and solution templates
- Ensure deliverable quality with SDLC code reviews documentation testing and production readiness
- Lead zero to one delivery from discovery to production agents and closed loop workflows
- Mentor and coach engineers and architects to drive ownership and continuous learning
- Own design and delivery of production grade agentic AI ML solutions and platforms
- Provide technical and strategic leadership in workshops discovery architecture reviews and governance
- Recruit onboard and develop architects and engineers and set technical standards
- Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues and client misalignments
- Stand up India agentic delivery center and delivery operating mechanisms
- Translate business requirements into AI ML architectures and implementation plans
