Tasks
- Build data driven operations culture
- Build reporting ready models in Snowflake
- Champion test and learn experimentation
- Create KPI dashboards and single version of truth
- Establish KPI cadences for operational performance
- Lead and develop team of analysts
- Own operations analytics roadmap
- Partner with data tech and product on data instrumentation and quality
- Translate operational complexity into actionable recommendations
