- Architect data platform pipelines and warehousing
- Collaborate with executives to translate insights into business strategy
- Define and enforce data quality standards
- Develop self serve analytics with Heap and Pendo
- Establish data governance frameworks for access and ownership
- Implement data catalog documentation and discovery
- Manage BI environment in Tableau
- Own data and analytics strategy and roadmap
- Scale and mentor data engineering and analytics teams
