- Automate impact analysis design build test deploy
- Build data engineering capability model
- Define enterprise data engineering strategy
- Drive education enablement and adoption metrics
- Drive end to end data acquisition storage ingestion transformation orchestration
- Embed governance as code and preventative controls
- Enable onboarding kits templates and self service accelerators
- Establish governance lineage and metadata practices
- Implement CI/CD for data pipelines
- Lead federated data engineering service
- Manage data quality controls and SLAs SLOs
- Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize cloud cost leakage and performance
- Set technology standards for data pipelines
