Tasks
- Anticipate risks and manage escalations with process improvements
- Collaborate with merchandising user experience and technology on delivery innovation
- Design network capacity for digital demand and customer expectations
- Implement test and learn mindset and continuous improvement
- Lead coach and develop team of managers and analysts
- Lead end to end fulfillment and delivery experience
- Lead vendor negotiations to improve service levels and manage costs
- Manage courier performance and service level adherence
- Manage third party fulfillment and delivery partnerships
- Measure and improve order accuracy processing time on time delivery cost to serve
- Optimize fulfillment picking packing routing delivery processes
- Optimize ship from store network and order routing
- Oversee drop ship vendor operations and governance
- Own autoship fulfillment performance and retention insights
- Partner cross functionally to improve key metrics and execution at scale
- Represent digital fulfillment in enterprise initiatives
- Set digital fulfillment strategy across omnichannel programs
- Translate performance data and customer feedback into action plans
