Tasks
- Analyze datasets for anomalies outliers and trends
- Build quality data infrastructure with IT
- Collect validate analyze and organize data into reports
- Design reporting requirements and release schedules
- Determine HEDIS reporting and analytics needs
- Develop test and deploy reporting solutions
- Ensure report turnaround service level benchmarks met
- Lead national quality analytics team
- Manage reporting quality assurance process
- Stay current with NCQA standards and educate teams
- Track and manage deliverables in Jira
- Use statistical methods for trend significance and prediction
