Director of Data Engineering and Agentic AI Automation, Finance
Tasks
- Build and maintain scalable auditable data infrastructure
- Build audit proof architecture for financial reporting and compliance
- Create and maintain data marts and data products
- Define and enforce data modeling lineage observability and reconciliation best practices
- Design and implement ERP planning and operational data pipelines
- Develop data and AI powered forecasting and automation workflows
- Drive roadmap for agentic AI enablement and automation
- Lead and grow data engineering and AI teams
- Own Tier 1 data pipelines with SLA data quality and compliance standards
- Set technical direction and mentor engineers
