- Collaborate with product research sales delivery and customer success
- Define technical vision and organizational structure
- Deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in AI methodologies and best practices
- Influence headcount budget and product roadmaps
- Lead technical design and development of AI and machine learning solutions
- Own end to end implementation for AI solutions product line
- Partner with customers on technical engagements
- Recruit mentor and scale engineering organization
- Represent AI capabilities in technical community
