Director of Enrollment and Engagement Marketing
Tasks
- Apply segmentation and behavioral insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to martech and automation strategy
- Define KPIs and create actionable insights
- Evolve engagement marketing processes tools and scalable infrastructure
- Identify trends and drive test and learn culture
- Lead enrollment engagement strategy
- Manage enrollment forecasting and performance metrics
- Optimize messaging targeting and channel mix
- Own multi channel campaign execution
- Partner with marketing operations for compliant campaign execution
- Serve as client advisor for enrollment strategy
- Translate client goals into marketing plans
