Director of Revenue & Analytics
Tasks
- Analyze portfolio pricing recommendations weekly
- Build scalable revenue and expense management processes
- Conduct portfolio performance meetings and action planning
- Create due diligence revenue reports
- Create promotional playbook with marketing and asset management
- Create standard operating procedures for revenue and expense management
- Develop revenue and pricing strategies for acquisitions
- Drive BI platform adoption and reporting integrations
- Execute pricing strategy for focus communities
- Explain budget and proforma variances
- Hire train and supervise analysts
- Lead analyst team for total revenue budgets and market share
- Manage annual budget and forecast for revenue and expenses
- Oversee ancillary revenue
- Oversee monthly renewal strategy
- Partner with regional managers on revenue affecting property issues
- Review portfolio utility management to improve capture ratios
- Review procurement management with national vendors
- Support rollout of revenue management and analytics software
