- Apply causal inference and communicate uncertainty
- Build cohort churn and segmentation analysis
- Define product and marketing analytics strategy
- Design and analyze A B tests for CRM and marketing
- Design experimentation and observational studies
- Develop dashboards and self serve analytics
- Drive Looker and GrowthBook adoption
- Establish hero and guardrail metrics
- Lead retention analytics across subscription lifecycle
- Lead team of analysts and set quality standards
- Partner with data platform engineering on data models
- Transition marketing measurement from MTA to MTI
- Validate media mix modeling and incrementality tests
