Tasks
- Analyze operational and financial performance
- Coach and develop fulfillment leaders and teams
- Develop fulfillment center strategies
- Drive productivity improvements
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs
- Evaluate and implement WMS and automation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead multi site distribution operations
- Maintain safety compliance and standards
- Manage operating budgets and costs
- Oversee receiving warehousing inventory and order processing
- Partner with vendors carriers and third party logistics
- Plan peak season capacity and contingencies
- Use data analytics for reporting and decision making
