- Advise leadership on performance positioning
- Align revenue forecasting assumptions with distribution trends
- Analyze gross and net flows across channels regions and asset classes
- Assess pricing mix and market driven revenue sensitivities
- Build narrative frameworks for quarterly performance drivers
- Create executive presentations for senior management and committees
- Develop quarterly earnings materials with supporting analytics
- Ensure alignment between business performance and external messaging
- Establish analytical standards governance and best practices
- Evaluate AUM mix shifts revenue margin and growth impacts
- Foster high performance insight driven team culture
- Lead and develop analytics team
- Model fee revenue impacts by distribution channel vehicle and product type
- Perform scenario modeling for strategic initiatives and market volatility
- Prepare supporting materials for investor and analyst questions
- Synthesize flow trends into executive insights
- Translate complex analytics into decision oriented insights
