- Build and scale engineering organization
- Communicate technical vision strategy status and risks to executives
- Define and execute technical strategy and roadmap
- Develop AI observability and monitoring
- Drive cloud native AI security platform architecture
- Ensure AI safety and governance controls
- Implement model governance and lifecycle
- Lead MLOps pipelines development
